Total Wine & More in Fort Myers is seeking a Front End Team Member to support customers with a fast, friendly checkout experience. You will process transactions, answer questions, and help customers feel valued during every visit.

As a Seasonal Front End role, you may also assist as a sales associate or merchandiser. Training on wine, beer and spirits helps build product knowledge while supporting store operations and promotional programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years retail experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including identification verification and payment handling.
• Deliver friendly service, greet customers, and inform about products and services.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions and loyalty programs.
• Adhere to laws and safety standards for alcohol sales.
