Total Wine & More seeks a friendly Cashier/Front End Team Member to provide fast, accurate checkout and engaging customer service in our Mount Pleasant store. You will process transactions, answer questions, promote the loyalty program, and assist with stocking and merchandising as needed.

You will gain product knowledge through wine, beer, and spirits trainings and stay updated on promotions. A team-player attitude and ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of work experience, retail experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including payment handling and loyalty program promotion.
• Greet customers and deliver personalized service to build relationships.
• Build product knowledge through wine, spirits, and beer training.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Ensure store safety and cleanliness and comply with alcohol sale regulations.
• Complete cross-functional duties as needed.
