Job summary

Total Wine & More in Charleston, SC is hiring a Cashier/Front End Team Member to deliver fast, friendly service, process transactions, verify IDs for alcohol, and promote our loyalty program.

This role may include duties of a sales associate or merchandiser; requires 1–3 years retail experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including ID verification and payment handling.
• Deliver exceptional service and a personalized experience by greeting customers and informing about products and services.
• Promote loyalty program and bag product with care.
• Participate in training to build product knowledge on wine, spirits, and beer.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and compliance with alcohol sale laws.
