Total Wine & More is hiring for a seasonal cashier/front end role at our Grand Rapids, MI location. You will process transactions, assist customers, promote loyalty programs, and maintain a welcoming store environment throughout peak periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience; retail experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including identification verification, payment handling, answering inquiries, promoting loyalty program, and bagging product.
• Deliver exceptional service and a personalized experience by greeting customers and informing about products and services.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
• Ensure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations related to the sale of alcohol.
