Job summary

Total Wine & More in Grand Rapids, MI is hiring seasonal cashiers. You will process transactions, answer questions, and promote loyalty programs while delivering fast, friendly service. This role can flex between cashier, sales associate, or merchandiser duties as needed.

You must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work evenings/weekends. Benefits include PTO, discounts, and health plans. Training in wine, beer and spirits is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of work experience; 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Provide friendly customer service and build relationships with shoppers.
• Promote loyalty programs and assist with product knowledge.
• Maintain store safety, cleanliness and compliance with alcohol sale laws.
• Perform cross-functional duties as assigned.
