The role may be seasonal or involve part-time/full-time shifts; training is provided and cross-functional duties may apply. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Passion for best-in-class customer service and team mindset.
• 1-3 years of work experience in retail.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including ID checks and promotions.
• Greet customers and deliver a personalized shopping experience.
• Promote loyalty programs and assist with product questions.
• Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and compliance with alcohol sale laws.
