Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including identification verification and payment handling.
• Provide friendly service, greet customers, and inform about products and services.
• Support training on wine, spirits, and beer to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Ensure store safety, cleanliness, and compliance with alcohol sale regulations.
• Perform cross-functional duties as needed.
