Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a part-time Front End Team Member to deliver fast, friendly cashier service and assist customers with product knowledge. You may also support as a sales associate or merchandiser as needed.

The role reports to store management and emphasizes alcohol laws compliance, loyalty program promotion, and excellent customer interactions. The position requires a 21+ age minimum, prior retail exposure, and flexibility in schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1–3 years of work experience, retail preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on feet for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including ID checks and payment handling.
• Answer questions and promote the loyalty program.
• Greet customers, build relationships, and inform about products and services.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
