Job summary

Total Wine & More in Orlando is seeking a Seasonal Front End Team Member to provide fast, friendly cashiering and customer service. You will process transactions, verify IDs, promote our loyalty program, and bag merchandise while engaging customers with product knowledge.

The role may include as a sales associate or merchandiser duties, requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends, and involves standing for long periods as you ensure a safe, compliant store environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience, 1+ years in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Walk/stand for 8-10 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including identification verification, payment handling, promoting loyalty program, and bagging product.
• Deliver exceptional service by greeting customers, engaging to build relationships, and informing about products and services.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards and comply with laws related to alcohol sale.
• Complete cross-functional responsibilities and other duties as assigned.
