Total Wine & More in Orlando, FL is looking for a Front End Team Member to deliver fast, friendly cash-wrap service and help customers with product questions. You may also assist as a sales associate or merchandiser, reporting to the store management team.

Responsibilities include processing transactions, promoting loyalty programs, and maintaining store standards while ensuring compliance with alcohol sale laws. The role emphasizes teamwork, flexibility, and customer-centric service.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail setting preferred
• Familiar with point-of-sale systems and loyalty programs
• Able to work evenings and weekends as needed
• Must be able to handle physical requirements of store duties

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including identification verification and payment handling
• Greet customers and inform about products and services to build relationships
• Promote loyalty programs and assist with promotions
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and store policies
• Uphold safety and cleanliness standards in the store
• Comply with alcohol sale laws and ensure a safe store environment
• Perform cross-functional duties as needed
• Seasonal role may be short-term with potential to apply for non-seasonal role
