Job summary

Total Wine & More in Florida is seeking a Front End Team Member to provide fast, friendly cashier service and assist as needed with sales, stocking, and merchandising. You will process transactions, greet customers, promote loyalty programs, and participate in product training to build knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits.

This seasonal role supports a busy retail environment; candidates should be at least 21 years old, comfortable standing for long periods, and able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of work experience, retail preferred.
• Passion for customer service and a team-first mindset.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends to support store needs.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Identify customers and verify age where required.
• Promote Total Wine loyalty program and handle payments.
• Wrap and bag purchases and maintain a clean checkout area.
• Greet customers, answer questions, and provide product guidance.
• Participate in ongoing wine, beer, and spirits training to build product knowledge.
