Job summary

Five Below is seeking a Support Lead who will help the Store Manager drive key store metrics and lead the front-end team to wow customers. You will model Five Below values, manage cash handling, and ensure clean, efficient operations throughout the shift.

You will train associates, supervise front-end staff, and help in payroll and merchandising tasks while maintaining a fast, friendly checkout environment.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Creative thinking.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Wow the Customer through personal contact and leadership.
• Lead Front End Operations and assist with store procedures.
• Train staff on high standard customer service practices.
• Ensure fast, friendly checkout and service.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stockroom organization.
• Open and close store procedures under supervision.
• Assist in payroll processes and budget controls.
• Drive sales while controlling expenses and improving KPIs.
• Support merchandising procedures and SOP compliance.
• Coordinate with supervisors on store issues and communications.
