Bass Pro Shops Sun Prairie is seeking a friendly Greeter for a seasonal, part-time role. You will welcome guests, assist with merchandise, and promote store programs to ensure an outstanding front-end experience.

The position emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and adherence to dress code. Physical duties include standing, walking, and assisting with events in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Experience in a customer service environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Adaptability to new processes and procedures.
• Self-motivation and initiative while unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Greets all customers in a friendly and outgoing manner.
• Active promotion of programs including CLUB, VOC, and In-Store Pickup.
• Model brand standards by dressing in Bass Pro or Cabela’s logo attire with a name badge.
• Check in customers' merchandise for returns and assist visitor logs for vendors.
• Inform customers about events, sales or promotions and provide promotional materials.
• Maintain clean, safe entryway and surrounding work area.
• Coordinate firearm check-in with the appropriate outfitter per SOP (Greeters must not handle firearms).
• Other duties as assigned.
