Job summary

The Michaels Companies Temple, TX store is seeking team members to deliver friendly customer service, help guests find products, and ensure a fast, accurate checkout experience. You will participate in truck unloading, stocking, and maintaining in-store merchandising to reflect our brand standards.

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service and assist shoppers in locating products.
• Maintain fast, accurate checkout experience with cash handling to standards.
• Unloading trucks, stocking merchandise, and keeping shelves and planograms updated.
• Participate in store recovery and in-store merchandising to reflect brand standards.
• Promote Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and enroll customers as appropriate.
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS, SFS) as needed.
• Follow SOPs and safety guidelines; uphold company policies.
