Total Wine & More is seeking a Front End Team Member to provide fast, friendly service at the register and on the floor. You will process transactions, answer questions, and help customers with loyalty programs.

The role supports a seasonal schedule, with evenings and weekends, and requires 21+ with ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Training in wine, beer, and spirits is provided to build product knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience, retail preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 21+ years old and able to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Greet customers and build relationships.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training for product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and compliance with alcohol regulations.
• Complete cross-functional duties and other responsibilities as assigned.
