Total Wine & More in Sterling Heights, MI, is seeking a Seasonal Cashier to deliver fast, friendly service and handle transactions at the register. You will greet customers, answer questions, promote the loyalty program, and help maintain a clean, compliant store environment.

This role offers flexible scheduling, POS familiarity, and opportunities to learn about wine, beer, and spirits while supporting sales and store operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of work experience, 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point‑of‑sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Deliver friendly service and answer customer questions.
• Promote loyalty program and assist with bagging.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions and loyalty programs.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
• Ensure adherence to laws related to alcohol sales.
• Complete cross-functional responsibilities and other duties as assigned.
