Total Wine & More is hiring a Cashier/Front End Team Member in Sterling Heights, MI. You will process transactions, greet customers, and promote the loyalty program while ensuring accurate ID checks and bagging duties.

You may also serve as sales associate or merchandiser and participate in wine, spirits, and beer product training. A high school diploma is preferred and a flexible schedule is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of work experience; 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including identification verification and payment handling.
• Answer questions and promote the loyalty program; bag merchandise.
• Greet customers, engage to build relationships, and inform about products and services.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and compliance with alcohol sale laws.
• Possess flexibility to perform as sales associate or merchandiser/stock associate as needed.
