Total Wine & More is hiring for a Seasonal Front End Team Member to process transactions, greet customers, and promote loyalty programs in a fast-paced retail setting. The role may also include duties as a sales associate or stock merchandiser, reporting to store management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ years of retail experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including ID verification and payment handling.
• Greet customers and provide a personalized shopping experience, promoting products and loyalty programs.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions and store policies.
• Support training in wine, spirits and beer to build product knowledge.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness standards and compliance with alcohol sale laws.
