Total Wine & More is seeking a Front End Team Member to deliver fast, friendly service as a cashier and sales associate in our Wisconsin store. You will process transactions, answer questions, and help customers with loyalty programs and promotions.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 1–3 years in retail, and familiarity with POS systems. The role may include merchandiser duties and requires flexibility for evenings and weekends. Training on wine, spirits, and beer is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Passion for best-in-class customer service and team player mindset.
• 1-3 years of work experience; 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently; verify identification; handle payments; promote loyalty program; bag products.
• Greet customers and deliver a personalized shopping experience; build relationships and inform about products and services.
• Participate in training to build product knowledge on wine, spirits and beer.
• Keep up to date with advertisements, promotions and loyalty programs.
