Total Wine & More is hiring a Seasonal Front End Team Member to deliver fast, friendly service at the register and on the floor. You will process transactions, greet customers, and promote loyalty programs while learning product knowledge.

The role may include duties as a sales associate or merchandiser and reports to store management. Applicants should have a high school diploma, a passion for customer service, and 1–3 years in retail.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Passion for best-in-class customer service and team player mindset.
• 1-3 years of work experience, 1+ years in a retail setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including identification verification and payment handling.
• Greet customers and provide a personalized experience; promote loyalty programs.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and store policies; assist with training as needed.
• Assist with stock and merchandising; uphold safety and cleanliness standards.
