Total Wine & More is seeking a friendly cashier for our Richmond, VA location. You will process transactions, answer questions, and deliver a personalized shopping experience while upholding store policies.

Seasonal positions may transition to non-seasonal roles; opportunities to learn about wine and beverage categories and participate in training programs are available. Flexible scheduling is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience, 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including ID verification and payment handling.
• Provide friendly service, greet customers, and promote loyalty programs.
• Learn about wine, spirits, and beer to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions and store policies; ensure safety and cleanliness.
