The role supports seasonal staffing with potential transition to non-seasonal roles. Requirements include 21+ years old, 1–3 years retail experience, and ability to work evenings and weekends. Training on wines and store policies is provided.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of work experience, 1+ years in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including ID verification and payments.
• Deliver exceptional service by greeting customers and promoting loyalty programs.
• Provide product knowledge through wine, spirits, and beer training.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and store policies.
• Adhere to safety and cleanliness standards and support cross-functional duties.
