Job summary

Total Wine & More in Virginia is hiring a Seasonal Cashier/Front End Team Member. You will handle transactions, promote the loyalty program, and assist customers with questions while maintaining a welcoming store environment.

Responsibilities include POS operation, bagging, and upholding safety and compliance standards. Must be able to work evenings/weekends and adapt to seasonal schedules. Benefits include PTO, store discounts, and health plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience, retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 21 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including identification verification and payment handling.
• Promote loyalty program and bag merchandise.
• Greet customers and provide friendly, personalized service.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and store policies.
• Assist with product knowledge and cross-training as needed.
