Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Cashier/Sales Associate for a Seasonal role in our Arlington, VA store. You will process transactions, greet customers, promote loyalty programs, and build product knowledge through wine, beer, and spirits training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience, 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Passion for best-in-class customer service and team player mindset.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including ID verification and payment handling.
• Greet customers, engage to build relationships, and inform about products and services.
• Promote loyalty program and provide product knowledge.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
• Complete cross-functional responsibilities and other duties as assigned.
