Job summary

Hyatt Centric Park City is seeking a cheerful Front Desk Host to welcome guests, help with check-in/check-out, and promote hotel services. This seasonal role offers opportunities to engage with guests from around the world and contribute to memorable stays.

You will be the friendly face of Hyatt Centric Park City, communicating hotel options and assisting with payments while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced mountain resort environment.

Qualifications

• A genuine desire to satisfy guests in a fast-paced hotel environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Ability to stand for long periods during shifts.
• Previous hotel front desk experience is preferred.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, overnights, with weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage guest registration efficiently and greet guests warmly.
• Explain hotel services and promotions to visitors.
• Process payments and handle guest inquiries promptly.
• Represent Hyatt Centric Park City as the face of the hotel.
