Hyatt Centric Park City is hiring a Front Desk Host for a seasonal period. You will manage guest check-in/out, share hotel services and promotions, and greet guests with warmth. This role offers exposure to a global brand and opportunities to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a mountain resort setting.

Seasonal position with start date around November 16, 2026 and end date around March 31, 2027. Applicants should have hotel experience and be able to work a flexible schedule including

Qualifications

• This role requires refined verbal and written communication skills.
• A genuine desire to satisfy guests in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Previous hotel front desk experience is preferred.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Handle guest registration and communicate hotel services and promotions.
• Serve as the face of Hyatt; assist guests with questions and requests.
• Process payments and respond to guest inquiries.
• Support guest experience from arrival to departure.

Front Desk Host are responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. Other duties may include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquires. You'll be the face of Hyatt as a Front Desk Host. If you have worked at other Hotels as a front desk clerk or you have an interest in hotel clerk jobs, we'd love to hear from you!

This is a seasonal position with an estimated start date of November 16, 2026, and estimated end date of March 31, 2027.
