Hyatt Centric Park City is seeking a Front Desk Host to welcome guests, handle check-in/check-out, and promote hotel services. You will be the face of Hyatt, greeting guests with warmth, processing payments, and coordinating with other hotel teams to enhance the guest experience.

This seasonal role requires prior hotel experience, a polished communication style, and the ability to stand for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel experience is required.
• Refined verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Must work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, overnights, weekends and holidays.
• A genuine desire to satisfy guests in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest registration and communicate hotel services and promotions.
• Process payments and respond to guest inquiries.
• Represent Hyatt as the face of the Front Desk.
• Support guest experience with friendly, helpful interactions.
