Schweitzer is seeking friendly staff for seasonal guest service and sales roles at the mountain resort. You will process transactions, assist guests with tickets and season passes, and handle phone inquiries in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Face-to-face guest service experience is preferred.
• Basic math skills are required.
• Strong communication and upbeat demeanor are essential.

Responsibilities

• Process sales and order fulfillment through POS.
• Sell daily lift tickets and season passes, parking and lockers.
• Answer calls on Guest Service line and balance till accuracy.
• Maintain a helpful, empathetic demeanor with guests.
• Know Schweitzer offerings, village activities and events.
