The Fresh Market Inc. is seeking seasonal team members to support Grocery, Guest Service (Front End), Early Morning Production, Produce, or counter roles in Deli, Bakery, and Meat & Seafood departments.

This role requires flexibility to work weekends, days, evenings, and holidays. Ideal candidates are passionate about high‑quality service, are at least 16 (or 18 for deli/bakery/produce), and may have prior experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality.

Qualifications

• A passion for providing extraordinary service.
• At least 16 years of age or at least 18 years of age in our Deli, Bakery, Produce.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent guest service by engaging with guests to understand needs and help create meal solutions.
• Maintain product knowledge and assist guests across departments with weekly ad items.
• Safely handle and sample food products for guests.
• Merchandise and stock products and specialty items to create a hospitable shopping experience.
• Properly weigh and scan items, handle cash, and provide change when appropriate.
• Collect shopping carts and assist with general housekeeping duties.
• Slice and prepare meat, cheeses, and ready-made solutions while maintaining quality.
• Present yourself professionally, upholding uniform standards.
