The Fresh Market invites applications for seasonal team members to support Grocery, Guest Service (Front End), Early Morning Production or Produce departments, and counter roles in Deli, Bakery, or Meat & Seafood. Qualifications

• A passion for providing extraordinary service.
• At least 16 years of age or at least 18 years of age in our Deli, Bakery, Produce.
• Experience in the retail, restaurant, or hospitality industries.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Consistently provide excellent guest service, including engaging with guests to learn their wants and needs, and helping them create meal solutions.
• Create a hospitable shopping experience by merchandising and stocking products and specialty items throughout the day, assisting nearby guests.
• Properly weighing and scanning of product, cash handling, and providing change where appropriate.
• Gather shopping carts from the parking lot and assist in general housekeeping duties throughout the store.
• Slice and prepare a variety of the department's meat, cheeses, and convenient meal solutions while maintaining quality product levels.
• Present yourself in a professional manner, including adhering to uniform standards.
