Job summary

The Fresh Market is seeking seasonal team members for Grocery, Guest Service, Early Morning Production, Produce, and counter support in Deli, Bakery, or Meat & Seafood. You will deliver exceptional guest service, stock and merchandise products, and assist in various departments to ensure a hospitable shopping experience.

No prior experience required, age 16+ (18+ for certain departments). Roles are temporary and may conclude at season end; weekend and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• A passion for providing extraordinary service.
• Ability to engage guests and learn their wants and needs.
• Experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality (preferred).
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including weekends, days, evenings and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service and assist guests across departments.
• Merchandise and stock products and specialty items throughout the day.
• Weigh and scan products, handle cash and provide change when needed.
• Assist with housekeeping duties and maintain clean work areas.
• Slice and prepare department meats, cheeses, and ready-to-eat options as required.
• Present a professional appearance and adhere to uniform standards.
