Job summary

The Fresh Market is hiring seasonal team members to support multiple departments including Grocery, Front End, Early Morning Production, Produce, and counter service in Deli, Bakery, or Meat & Seafood. The role requires flexibility to work weekends, days, evenings and holidays, with a focus on delivering outstanding guest service.

Candidates should be at least 16 years old (18 in certain departments) and have prior experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality.

Qualifications

• Age requirements: at least 16, or 18 in Deli, Bakery, Produce.
• Retail/restaurant/hospitality experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service across departments.
• Merchandise and stock products, assist nearby guests.
• Weigh and scan products, handle cash and give change as needed.
• Gather shopping carts and assist in housekeeping duties.
• Slice and prepare meats, cheeses, and ready-made solutions.
• Present a professional appearance and adhere to uniform standards.
