Job summary

Michaels, a leading arts and crafts retailer, is seeking team members for store roles focused on delivering exceptional customer service and creating custom framing solutions. You will assist customers, process framing orders, and help maintain a well merchandised, in-stock store environment.

Responsibilities include following SOPs, supporting safety programs, assisting with truck unloading, stocking, and Omni-channel processes, with hours that may include nights, weekends and early mornings.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required.
• Basic measuring skills required.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance to laws and standards.
• Build relationships with customers while creating custom framing solutions.
• Complete framing orders with high quality and on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and other assigned areas.
• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers find products.
