Job summary

Ridgecrest Village is seeking a Server to provide meals to residents, guests, and staff. You will also assist with cleaning, food prep, and dietary meal assembly in a health care setting.

Responsibilities include serving, tray carrying, order prep, beverage service, and maintaining sanitary dining areas; you may assist dishwashing and routine cleaning tasks as directed by the Food Service Manager and Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Must meet the minimum age requirement to perform service work per labor laws.
• Able to read, write and speak English.
• Maintains a positive attitude and reliable attendance.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule and follow dress code.

Responsibilities

• Serves meals in dining rooms and carries trays.
• Receives and prepares meal orders and delivers beverages.
• Replenishes buffet line and assists in preparing meal trays.
• Tallies diet cards and assembles appropriate dietary meals.
• Cleans and resets dining tables and work areas after shifts.
• Cleans refrigerators, walk-in coolers, and storage areas.
• Assists in routine dietary cleaning tasks and with dishwashing as needed.
• Performs other duties as directed by the Food Service Manager and Supervisor.
