Mountain View Country Club is seeking a Line Cook to join our culinary team during the busy seasonal period. This full-time seasonal role focuses on high standards of food quality and teamwork in a refined, fast-paced kitchen environment.

You will prepare and cook menu items, maintain clean stations, follow food safety practices, assist with inventory, and collaborate with staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences for our members.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a line cook or in a similar role.
• Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well as part of a team and follow instructions.
• Flexibility to work full-time hours during the seasonal period, including weekends and holidays.
