The Seasonal Field Technician will work as part of a team to establish and maintain perennial agroecological systems as well as afforestation plantings for conservation. This is an outdoor, field work position. Work will focus on planting trees, installing tree tubes, and performing maintenance tasks such as mowing, weeding, and data collection. The technician reports to the Hub Manager and collaborates with the rest of the field crew.

Hours: Full-time; variable schedule with frequent overtime and occasional weekend work.

Duration: March 17th - May 31st, 2025.

Pay: $20/hour, eligible for overtime.

Requirements:

1. Ability to lift 50 pounds.
2. Ability to work outdoors for long hours in challenging conditions.
