Job summary

Finnmark Property Services in the Pacific Northwest is seeking Seasonal Maintenance Field Technicians to join our multi-family and HOA maintenance teams. You will perform building cleaning, repair, and installation tasks outdoors, often from rooftops up to 4–5 stories, with safety equipment.

This seasonal role offers hands-on training, a chance to gain experience across property maintenance, and potential transition to permanent work after the season based on performance and business needs.

Job Description:

Maintenance Field Technicians perform a variety of building cleaning, repair, and installation services for multi-family and HOA communities in a safe, thorough, and efficient manner. This position works closely with other team members to deliver safe, quality, and appealing results that delight our customers.

Services performed may include:

• Chimney cleaning and repair
• Dryer vent cleaning
• Gutter cleaning, repair, and installation
• Pressure washing
• Roof cleaning
• Window cleaning

Maintenance Field Technicians also perform inspections and use specialized tools and equipment while completing daily oral and written reports detailing job specifications for the Crew Lead.

This position requires working outdoors in varying weather conditions, including working from rooftops up to 4–5 stories while properly secured with required safety equipment. Team members must also be comfortable moving, setting up, and climbing ladders safely.

Other industry-related duties may be assigned as needed.

Seasonal Position:

This position is intended to support Finnmark's seasonal workload. While permanent employment is not guaranteed, seasonal team members may be considered for ongoing employment after the season based on business needs, position availability, and overall fit.
