Job summary

Finnmark Property Services in the Pacific Northwest is seeking Seasonal Maintenance Field Technicians to join our multi-family and HOA maintenance teams. You will perform building cleaning, repair, and installation tasks outdoors, often from rooftops up to 4–5 stories, with safety equipment.

This seasonal role offers hands-on training, a chance to gain experience across property maintenance, and potential transition to permanent work after the season based on performance and business needs.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs on a regular basis.
• Must be able to perform safety inspections and address hazards.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance Field Technicians perform cleaning, repair and installation services for multi-family and HOA communities.
• Work with team members to deliver safe, quality, and appealing results.
• Inspect and document job specifications for Crew Lead.
• Operate equipment and use specialized tools outdoors in varying weather.
