Finnmark Property Services in Portland, OR is seeking a Seasonal Maintenance Field Technician to support multi-family and HOA maintenance teams with chimney and gutter work, dryer vent cleaning, roof and window cleaning, and related inspections in outdoor environments.

Responsabilidades

• Maintenance Field Technicians perform a variety of building cleaning, repair, and installation services for multi-family and HOA communities in a safe, thorough, and efficient manner.
• This position works closely with other team members to deliver safe, quality, and appealing results that delight our customers.
• Services performed may include chimney cleaning and repair, clothes dryer vent cleaning, gutter cleaning, repair, and installation, pressure washing, roof cleaning, and window cleaning.
• Maintenance Field Technicians also perform inspections and use specialized tools and equipment while completing daily oral and written reports detailing job specifications for the Crew Lead.
• This position requires working outdoors in varying weather conditions, including working from rooftops up to 4–5 stories while properly secured with required safety equipment; team members must be comfortable moving, setting up, and climbing ladders safely.
• Other industry-related duties may be assigned as needed.
