Outlook Exterior Maintenance, Inc. is hiring for a full-time Commercial and Building Estate Maintenance Technician in the Seattle area. Our technicians are provided with professional grade equipment and comprehensive training.

With over 25 years’ experience, we offer stable, year-round employment and an excellent benefits package. We have openings for Sunday-Thursday, with day and some night shifts. Leadership opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Must be able to show proof of vaccination.
• Experience with pressure-washing is a plus.
• Knowledge of ladder, man lift and boom work is a plus.
• Mechanically inclined with a solution-based mindset.

Responsibilities

• Pressure-washing, window cleaning, graffiti removal and use of window cleaning equipment.
• Follow safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.
• All-season indoor and outdoor work.
• Eye for detail in all tasks.
• Be a team player with a positive attitude.
• Be courteous and focused on clients’ needs.
• Able to lift and carry 50 lbs regularly.

If you are you mechanically inclined and have an interest in operating boom or man lifts, this position provides all kinds of opportunities with many different types of projects. The main shop is located in SNOHOMISH and it is preferred to have a candidate that lives north of Seattle in order to drive vehicles to the various job sites.

• Pressure-washing, window cleaning, graffiti removal and use of window cleaning equipment (long poles, ladders, lifts, and water-fed poles).
• Ability to follow safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
• All season indoor and outdoor work
• Position requires an eye for detail
• Be a team player and have a positive attitude
• Be courteous and focused on clients’ needs
• Able to pick up and carry 50lbs. on a regular basis

Qualifications and Skills

• Due to policies from the medical Clients we service, you must be able to show proof of vaccination
• Previous pressure-washing experience is a plus
• Knowledge of ladder, man lift and boom work is also a plus
• Mechanically inclination
• Solution based mindset

Education and Experience

• Experience cleaning high-end construction is a plus, but not required.
