Outlook Exterior Maintenance, Inc. in Snohomish, WA is hiring a full-time Field Technician for our Special Projects Team. The role involves commercial pressure washing, high-end home/estate cleaning, and potential leadership growth. Shifts include Sundays through Thursdays, with day and some night hours.

We provide professional equipment and training, with a stable, year-round schedule and competitive wages plus benefits. Main shop is in Snohomish, with vehicle pick-up/drop-off as needed.

Competenze

• Experience with pressure-washing preferred.
• Knowledge of ladder, man lift and boom work is a plus.
• Mechanically inclined and solution focused.

Job Details: Level: Experienced, Job Location: Outlook Exterior Maintenance - Snohomish, WA 98296-8767, Position Type: Full Time, Education Level: None, Salary Range: $20.00 - $30.00 Hourly, Job Category: Facilities, Field Technician needed for our Special Projects Team: includes Commercial pressure washing and High-End Homes/Estates cleaning with an opportunity for Leadership!

If you are mechanically inclined and have an interest in operating boom or man lifts, this position provides all kinds of opportunities with many different types of projects. Our main SHOP location is in Snohomish; part of the job requirement would be the ability to pick up and drop off a work vehicle as needed from this location.

Outlook Exterior Maintenance, Inc. is hiring a full-time Commercial and Building Estate Maintenance Field Technician in the Seattle area. Our Field technicians are provided with professional grade equipment and comprehensive training. We have openings for Sunday-Thursday. Must be able to work both day shifts and some night shifts. We are looking for someone willing to advance to the Leadership opportunities available.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Pressure-washing, window cleaning, graffiti removal and use of window cleaning equipment (long poles, ladders, lifts, and water-fed poles).
• Ability to follow safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
• All season indoor and outdoor work
• Position requires an eye for detail
• Be a team player and have a positive attitude
• Be courteous and focused on clients’ needs
• Able to pick up and carry 50lbs. on a regular basis

Qualifications: Qualifications and Skills

• Previous pressure-washing experience is a plus
• Knowledge of ladder, man lift and boom work is also a plus
• Mechanically inclined
• Solution based mindsetTake pride in your work

Education and Experience:

• Experience cleaning high-end construction is a plus but not required.
