Job summary

Jackson Hewitt - HSF is seeking a Seasonal Field Support Technician to assist in the setup and teardown of kiosks at local retail stores. The role includes driving a moving truck, carrying equipment, and ensuring location maintenance and branding standards are met. Tech installation knowledge is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Driver's license is preferred.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of computer functions is preferred but not required.
• Customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the set-up and teardown of kiosk furniture, computers, tech, and kiosk components using hand tools.
• Meets deadlines to ensure office locations meet our brand/marketing appearance standards.
• Assists in maintaining a clean and inviting workplace, this may include removal of trash, vacuuming or sweeping, cleaning counters, cleaning glass, etc.
• Other duties as assigned.
