Job summary

Jackson Hewitt - Headquarters is seeking a Seasonal Field Support Technician responsible for set-up and break-down of kiosks in local retail stores. You will drive a moving truck, carry equipment, install a kiosk, and perform location maintenance. The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of computer/tech installation, but this is not required.

The role offers both full-time and part-time options, with flexible schedule and opportunities for training & development, plus a range of benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 55 lbs.
• Knowledge of computer installation preferred but not required.
• Driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setup and teardown of kiosk furniture, computers, tech, and kiosk components using hand tools.
• Meets deadlines to ensure office locations meet our brand/marketing appearance standards.
• Assists in maintaining a clean and inviting workplace, this may include removal of trash, vacuuming or sweeping, cleaning counters, cleaning glass, etc.
• Other duties as assigned.
