Job summary

Jackson Hewitt is seeking a Seasonal Field Support Technician to handle the setup and teardown of our kiosks in local retail stores. You will drive a moving truck, unload equipment, assemble a kiosk, and perform location maintenance to ensure a professional brand presentation.

The role requires basic tech installation knowledge; training is provided. You will meet deadlines, keep locations clean and inviting, and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Driver's license preferred.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of computer functions is preferred but not required.
• Customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with set-up and teardown of kiosk furniture, computers, tech, and kiosk components using hand tools.
• Meets deadlines to ensure office locations meet our brand/marketing appearance standards.
• Assists in maintaining a clean and inviting workplace, this may include removal of trash, vacuuming or sweeping, cleaning counters, cleaning glass, etc.
• Other duties as assigned.
