Job summary

Jackson Hewitt is seeking a Seasonal Field Support Technician to set up and tear down kiosks at local retail stores. Responsibilities include installing and maintaining kiosk equipment, meeting branding standards, and keeping the workspace clean and orderly.

The role may require driving a moving truck and lifting tasks. Ideal candidates have basic computer knowledge and good communication skills; a driver’s license is preferred, though not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Driver's license preferred.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills required.
• Basic knowledge of computer functions is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the set‑up and teardown of kiosk furniture, computers, tech, and kiosk components using hand tools.
• Meet deadlines to ensure office locations meet brand/marketing appearance standards.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and inviting workplace, including removal of trash, vacuuming or sweeping, cleaning counters, cleaning glass.
• Other duties as assigned.
