Job summary

Jackson Hewitt - ERY is seeking a Seasonal Field Support Technician to set up and break down kiosks in local retail stores. You will drive a moving truck, install equipment, and help maintain location appearances. Prior tech installation knowledge is a plus, but not required.

The role offers full-time and part-time positions with flexible scheduling and opportunities for advancement. Training and development are provided to help you grow within the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required.
• A driver's license is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of computer functions is helpful but not required.
• Customer service experience is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist with set-up and teardown of kiosk furniture, computers, tech, and components using hand tools.
• Meet deadlines to ensure locations look aligned with brand standards.
• Maintain a clean and inviting workspace, including cleaning, tidying, and restocking as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisors.
