PCiRoads Inc, a subsidiary of C. S. McCrossan, is seeking a Field Project Manager to oversee heavy highway construction projects seasonally in Minnesota.

You will plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of the construction process to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining safety and quality. Responsibilities include coordinating with engineers and subcontractors, overseeing excavation, paving, drainage, and traffic management, and leading a team through planning, scheduling, and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of heavy highway construction experience preferred.
• Oversee construction planning, scheduling, and staging.
• Knowledge of maintenance of traffic.
• Organized and able to manage multiple projects in varying locations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; capable of summarizing complex information.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and 365.
• Travel primarily within Minnesota and eastern Dakotas, ~25%.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate with engineers and subcontractors to meet project requirements.
• Review plans and specs to ensure compliance.
• Put together and track submittals.
• Oversee excavation, grading, paving, and drainage.
• Monitor progress and quality to meet standards.
• Conduct site visits and implement corrective actions.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors for timely deliveries.
• Develop and maintain project schedules.
• Review invoices, change orders, and payments.
• Ensure safety regulations and standards are followed.
• Lead and communicate with team and stakeholders.
