You will work with Project Managers, Superintendents, and field staff to ensure project administration, cost control, scheduling, and documentation are accurate and timely. The role emphasizes quality, safety, and continuous improvement, with in-person work at construction sites and offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management or equivalent education and experience.
• Ability to read construction drawings, project specifications, RFIs, submittals and shop drawing reviews, change orders and contract modifications.
• Strong organization, written and verbal communication; proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Travel may be required; extended hours including weekends/nights.

Responsibilities

• Provide construction and quality management support for highway heavy civil projects and assist Project Managers with administration, cost control, scheduling and documentation.
• Assist with contract preparation and administration, including cost codes, budgets and schedules.
• Coordinate with Owners, Subcontractors and Vendors to manage project phases and resolve issues.
• Ensure timely reporting, documentation, and close-out requirements.
• Support implementation of the company’s Quality Management Program and safety standards.
