Avari Management seeks a Seasonal Field Ops Support Specialist in Heber City, UT to handle property readiness, ticket resolution, and on-site support for maintenance and housekeeping. The role requires flexibility to work weekends and holidays and to travel within assigned markets.

You will manage service tickets from dispatch to completion, document actions in field software, and coordinate with Property Managers and vendors to keep homes guest-ready and operationally sound.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of experience in field operations, maintenance, housekeeping, logistics, or hospitality preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tickets and priorities.
• Comfortable working from mobile apps, ticketing systems, and property management software.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to documentation and follow-through.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform field-based tasks.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and on-call support as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Own assigned service tickets from dispatch through completion, ensuring timely resolution and clear documentation.
• Perform on-site troubleshooting, inspections, and follow-up to verify quality and closure.
• Escalate issues appropriately and communicate progress to internal stakeholders.
• Conduct pre-arrival and routine property inspections to ensure homes meet brand and quality standards.
• Support maintenance and housekeeping operations through light tasks, QA checks, and supply delivery.
