This role involves managing service tickets from start to finish while ensuring high quality standards throughout the property portfolio.

The ideal candidate will work extensively within field operations software and will be responsible for troubleshooting, inspections, and collaborating with various teams to ensure homes are guest-ready.

This position will run from June 2026 to September 2026, requiring effective organizational skills and a service-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tickets and priorities.
• Comfortable with mobile apps and ticketing systems.
• Detail-oriented with commitment to documentation.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs for field tasks.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Flexibility for weekends, holidays, and on-call support.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned service tickets from dispatch through completion.
• Conduct pre-arrival and routine property inspections.
• Support maintenance and housekeeping operations.
• Track and manage field inventory and logistics.
• Ensure work orders are completed to standard and on time.
• Maintain accurate records in field operations software.
• Support seasonal surges and special projects.
